The 2023 Tax Extension began immediately after the Supervisor of Assessments finished their tax year. The County Clerk's Office received confirmation of a Final Multiplier of 1.0380 from the IL Department of Revenue on April 24th. PTELL Worksheets or Tax Computation Reports (whichever is applicable) will be emailed shortly. Thank you.

We encourage you to utilize Tapestry (www.landrecords.net) for copies of any documents recorded after July of 1992. The Recorder's office will continue to charge $1.00 per page for documents that cannot be found on Tapestry (documents recorded prior to July of 1992.)
