"The statutory free for a SEARCH of the birth records files is $16.00. If the record is found, one certified copy will be furnished without further cost. Additional copies of the same record, issued at the same time are $3.00 each. "

"The statutory fee for a SEARCH of the death record files is $20.00. If the record is found, one certified copy will be furnished without further cost. Additional copies of the same record, issued at the same time are $7.00 each."
